US offer prize

The US Goverment offer USD$ 5 million for the people who can catch a member of hizbullah and a member of "islam jihad". The member of hizbullah is known as Mohammad Ali Hamadei and the member of "islam jihad" is known as Ramadhan Abdullah Muhammad Shallah, both of them are listed at the most wanted by FBI. Hamedei is wanted as one of the terorist who was a murder at the US airplane case at 1985. And Muhamad Shallah is known as who is reject the peace agreement with israel and make a bomb tragedy on last january at a place in red sea.

Thats a big amount. But who would risk his life for USD$ 5 million? FBI is not able to catch them. How can just one person catch them. We wont even know if he is sitting right next to us in some other getup.
