Retrieve internet history

Need to retrieve internet history that has been deleted. cookies, history all deleted.

Do you mean you can retrieve your internet history from cookies? I don't understand.

Have you tried contacting somebody who works on computers for a living? That's where I would start.

That's gone for good, not even a backup system will save it nor retrieve it. The best thing to do is use your memory to go back where you had been. That will be saved in your search unless you have that turned off.

To retrieve your internet history you must first go to the place where your internet history goes after you push delete. Have you tried your recycle bin, usually you have to actually dump it to completely delete anything off of your system. Hope I was of help.
