Both the terms appear in the bill when I bought some electrical goods. Is there any difference?

I think the warranty means if it doesn't last the length of time it states you can return it. Guarantee is that it works or you get your money back.

Warranty is how long you have to have the item replaced or repaired for free. Usually 3 months to a year. A guarantee is that they guarantee the rpoduct to last a certain amount of time and will refund your money if it doesn't hold true.
