i am living in a bording house, renting a room and i have a roomate. i love to have a rabbit in my room but most of the time the rabbit will be inside his cage and alone in my room for 10hours a day due to work. will that be healthy for the rabbit if ever i have one? will that be healthy for me since i somewhat have asthma? i usually find rabbits cute and adorable making me happy all the time, so tell me, if i can have my own rabbit as a pet with such lifestyle i am having?

It doesn't sound like having a rabbit would be a good idea for you. If you do get one, most of your time will be spent feeding it and keeping its cage clean. Also, it won't be very tame if its locked in its cage for 10 hours a day. Also, they do shed and if you are allergic then that may pose a health problem for you. It doesn't sound like now would be a good time for you to get a rabbit...maybe in the future when you aren't so busy and have some time to devote to its care.
