Have you ever lied about what your name was?

yes i have, mostly on chat sites.

i have to admit that i had lied about my name and my birthday a lot of time

That's funny, no I never went be a different name ... err I guess I just lied, I'm known here as "Freesoul" and people think it's my real name .lol

Lol yes i would tell people my name was jenifer when i went out with my friend. she would use her real name, but i didn't want to just in case i seen some of these people in public, as i worked in a resteraunt a lot of the bar hoppers went to. So they would see me at work and i would say That aint my name you must be mistaken me for someone else lol.

Yes I have done this I used to pretend to be from another country too and people would believe me I was always a really good actress! lol I used stephanie, or Victoria

In real life my sister and I used to do that a lot, I was Rainbow and she was Sunshine, we looked like hippies so we thought it was funny. We mostly did it if some gross dude was hitting on us (we look like twins which guys think is hot) so he wouldn't know our real names.

I used to lie my name to pesky strangers, who tried to get 'friendly' with me! I even told one of them that am Rumpelstiltskin! :D lol

Yes, I always lied about my name when I was younger. I would never give my correct name to anybody when I was going to clubs (in my younger days). I also lied about my phone number as it was the quickest way to get rid of somebody that I never wanted to see or hear from again.

I do it frequently on the net, while I chat with some new friends or total strangers.May be I want to maintain anonimity till i gain confidence of the other person

LOL! My sister and our cousin, who both have long blonde hair, used to go out to the bars and effect a Scandinavian accent and tell guys that their names "vere Inga and Elsa, two sistas vrom Sveden". God, it was hilarious and the guys fell for it everytime!

Yeah, I've lied about my name. Sometimes for protection or just to be funny. lol
