i'm a non-vegetarian. but now that i'm growing up, and starting to understand health importance and conditions, i'm trying to love vegetables better than before. hehe. at first, i just feel like i don't get really full when i eat veggies that's why i'm not so into them, but now that i'm learning how healthy they can get me to be, i'm really trying to appreciate them better. :)

I eat meat, but I love all veggies and grains. Some days, I eat more of the other. I love a challenge to come up with non-meat meals. I can't take soy though. eewww

I am a non vegetarian, but selective on the kind of meat I chose to eat. I dont prefer to eat any kind of red meat, but I am a great lover of Salmon and other sea fish that are an excellent source of heart friendly omega 3 fatty acids. Occasional white meat from chicken or turkey is definitley permissible, but the risk is always dependant on the way you cook it. Its good to just boil the meat with some spices and eat it then to fry or deep fry them which adds lots of extra unhealthy oils and health risks.

I was raised as a lacto-ovo vegetarian (a vegetarian who also eats dairy and eggs). I am veering a great deal toward raw fruits and vegetables and nuts and seeds, as is the "original diet" mentioned in the Bible that people existed on before the flood when meat was allowed and the human lifespan went down a great deal. I am a caregiver for the disabled and elderly so have to learn to do things the way they want, so I have been learning how to cook some meats: salmon, and chicken, and of course, tasting it in the process.
