My earnings went down. Why? Please help me understand this...

I am new on Mylot.
Yesterday, when I logged in, my earnings were standind at $0.13. I added 10 postings and this morning, my earnings were down to $0.12.
I know the difference is minimal, just seems weird as, from what I understood, it should have gone up, not down.
Anybody knows how it works and would be kind enough to explain it to me?
