Street childresn any suggestions for their betterment

In India street children is seen more compared other developed countries. Still many social service providers are takeing their on consideration but it is seen but decreasing rapidly.

We have to blame those who invented the streets, just kidding. Seriously, the matter is something that should be given priority of attention by the government through its welfare programs. But, budget here is a question. I think the problem could be slowly averted by educating the parents about responsible parenthood and providing employment to big families so that those children could be sent by their families to school.
