I have a hijacker that redirects Google results to Netster and other places. Does anyone know of this and/or have a fix? I'm operating XP Pro. I've scanned and cleaned with McAfee, but to no avail.

Have you tried running any spyware removers ? That may be the problem. I know spyware does a lot of funny things to your computer.

McAfee cannot cure it. Please use SpyBot or Microsoft Defender it will definitely fix it. Both of them are free. If both of them fails then try some anti Trojan software. Kaspersky Anti Virus can detect trojans. There is a downloadable beta version of it.

Chances are you'll have trouble removing that with normal software. Go to www.techsupportforum.com In the first forum, HijackThis log help, they will help you in removing things like that. Free.
