Well,limit his food intake..Put just enough for him to eat... and just give him water instead of milk.

cats are really lazy ..try and make it play some games tht will definitely help...

Other than not feeding the cat as often but that doesn't always work because it might just go out and catch a mouse anyway....

There are many weight-loss cat foods on the market. Purina makes the best. My 20lb cat began eating it and he lost about 3 lbs in 2 months! We also recently acquired Nor, a male kitten who wrestles with him and theychase each other. Exercise your cat as well! Get a feather or a 4 - 6 foot long string or rope and let him run after it for a while.
