its not the worst acne you can imagine.. but it is still big pimples around your face.. how can you cure acne? what are the oral medicines and topical medicines to be use safely and over the counter?

i think you should visit your dermatologist.. my brother used to have big pimples on his face with vesicle even.. but he consulted a dermatologist.. and now.. his face looks very different.. its smooth already.. though there are still times that pimple do pop out... its nver been the same like before..
