what the stars with number near you name meen and how can i get one?

The star next to your name is your rating, once you have reached 100 posts you will get one next to your name, the number inside the star is your rating 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, when you post a topic or respond to a topic people can rate your answers and that determines your rating
