how to give referels

hi i am a new bee here..what is a referel.. how is it given...whats the use??

referral means you can tell someone new(mey be your coleague etc) to join this forum and for joining this they have to use your referral link(its available and different for everybody). if you have referral you will get additional earning-usually 25% of what your referrals earn
