I think if you don't have a degree but you started working a long years ago maybe it is better than you started today because the one who started in the past they have a big experience in this day, so if they look for another job it would be easier than the one who starts looking for a job for the first time today even though with a degree. Now if you don't have a degree, there is a small chance to get proper job unless you get some experience. In the other way, when you have a highest degree but you don't have experience it would be hard to find a job as well. do you think so?

I don't work in an HR department, however I can tell you it is possible to get a job without a degree, it just depends on what type of job and what your experience is. Several smaller companies are willing to train people to jobs, and I know in my field (computers) experience is more important then any piece of paper. Lets assume you wanted to get a job in computers without a degree, now you are not going to start out in a big corporation as a IT manager, however you can get a job in a call centre which will give you experience, a few years there and you move on to something else, keep on moving up the ladder, quite often you will find that in order to move up you have to move out, ie go to another company, but that is typical these days.

In our country it's very hard to find a job even with a degree if you can't speak proper english or if your school doens't have a good reputation. I know some people who doesn't have degrees got accepted in Call Centers because they can express themselves concisely in English.
