body-language tricks to wow 'em right away!!! get on an equal ground., while shaking somebodies hands, meet their eyes straight-on and use a firm grip...bcoz it puts you on the same footing. be organized., put ur notes and copies of ur resume in one file, so u can quickly find them. otherwise u'll look unprepared. sit up straight., after ur seated, pull in ur stomach to improve ur posture and lean slightly forward., ull appear confident and inetrested in what the other peson is saying. and give them a hand., when talking, gesture with ur palms up., it shows ur being open and sincere... a few tips for all of us!!! for females and can be males during an interview of a job

Wow what a wonderful discussion you are certainly right on with this particular topic, yes being organised as well is very important on first impressions, well thought out discussion and yes I have done exactly this and received many jobs successfully in my life from doing this.
