Valentine's treat's

I plan to bake these for my family for Valentine's day. I got the receipe out of Woman's Day Magazine. Batter 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 1/2 Cups Sugar 1/4 Cup Cocoa powder 1 tsp. baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1 Cup buttermilk 2 Tbsp liquid red food coloring 2 tsp white vinegar 2 1/2 Cups Cake flour Frosting 2 8 oz bricks cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 1/2 Cups Confectioners sugar 1 tsp vanilla Bake 350 for 20-25 Min. I will just buy the frosting because for some reason I have a hard time getting frosting the right consistency.
