I think games should become part of family..and parent's should take initiative..Secondly school and colleges should promote sports also as career....
In France, I see lot of parents encourgare their childrens with sports by taking them to park and so onn

I think team sports should be encouraged. Not only are they a way to get exercise, but they also helps children develop social skills and team work.

With football you need to catch them young, instill a since of direction and you'll be raising talented players.
