# 6 Pesto and fresh mushroom pizza

Prepare dough and allow to rise or use pre made dough or pizza crust Preheat oven to 400*. Punch dough down and stretch to fit a 12" pizza pan. Poke holes in crust and bake for 10 minutes or until crust just begins to trun golden. Reduce oven temp. to 350* Spread crust with pesto sauce, arragne mushrooms on top, leaving a narrow ring of pesto as a border. Top with parmesan and then mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with scallions. Bake for 30 min. or until cheese is melted. Ing: 1/2 cup pesto sauce 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced fresh mushrooms 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese 3 scallions, sliced both white and green parts

I have never had or made anything with pesto sauce before. What is it? Is it good? What does it taste like? Does it contain any nuts? This receipe is in my folder in my email too.

Look in the market, they sell it in a jar, and it will list all the ing. in it. It's interesting, and different.
