Quick pizza casserole excellent..you will love it.

Preheat oven to 350*. Brown sausage and beef in large saucepan. Pour off grease, then add garlic, onion, tomatoes with juice, tomato puree, tomato paste, water, and seasonings. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Grease a 14" deep dish pizza pan with oil. Layer in the ingredients, beginning with all the cooked noodles. Top noodles with meat mixture, then sprinkle with cheddar and monzzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until ing. are heated through and cheeses have melted.
Ing:
1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 onion, chopped
1 can, 16 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 can, 10 3/4 oz. tomato puree
1 can , 6 oz, tomato paste
3/4 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbs. dried oregano
1 tbs. fennel seeds
1 teaspoon to 1 tbs. curshed red pepper
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 pkg. , 1 lb noodles, cooked
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

That actually sounds great! I also have all of the ingredients on hand, which is amazing. I now know what we're having for dinner tonight.

My family did enjoy it!
I left out the tomato paste and 1\2 a cup of the water, (I don't like tomatoes...hehe) and it was great! Extra cheese of course.

THis sounds GREAT!!! Almost like a lasagna, but easier lol. I was going to try to make some calzone's this weekend, but I got a feeling it'll be a little tricky, and I don't have the time this weekend. I think your recipe will be much better!!! Thanks!!!

MMMmmmm I love this recipe we have it every now and again but we call it sausages and tomoatoe casserole or we make it with gravey and call it sausages and gravey casserole, or even better with curry .....and no we just call that one curried sausages lol. Its great variety with the same main ingredients. Thanks for sharing it!!

I already make a dish very similar to this but without the brown sausage. The family lopves it and it is nice and easy.
