I am 58 and had severe polio as a baby. braces and crutches, use wheelchair part time. Good organic diet. Urinate 3-5 times a night. Swelling goes down by morning, then builds all day until night. Take no meds. Stopped that 12 years ago. have very high BP, but take nothing. Born with a narrow artery to right kidney. tried celery and bananas but not enough. take good vitamins but thinking about trying dandelion, stinging nettle, yarrow, watermellon, potassium, B6, uva ursi, parsley, elder. will see what combinations this comes in.
Do you have any ideas? Thanks, Linda

I do think that vaccinations are needed to fight against possible illnesses. That's the reason the child needs to have boosters after having the primary vaccines. If not, the child will become weak and susceptible to diseases.

The swelling in the legs can be helped out during the day by sitting for 1/2 a few times a day and elevate them. Another thing you can do is there is a good support stocking that you can put on in the moring and wear during the day that will help with the swelling in the legs. Restrict some fluid intake for a period of time and that can help. Not sure what else is out the for natual diratic that you would be able to take to help the swelling.
The high blood pressure...stop eating all salt and any thing that has large amout of salt in it. Eat more fish products then red meats, Exercise as much as you are able to. Does not have to be long.
These are things that I have done and help me with these particular dieases. Everyone is diffrent and really you need to consult a doctor when trying new thing. Your doctor knows you best and can help you get the help you need.
