I dont know really how many minutes can i resist underwater without breathing but i think that over 1 minute so i am not very good for that kind of exercise, have a nice day on mylot and happy earnings also.

Minutes?!?! More like seconds! hehehe. probably 45 seconds for me. My husband can hold his breath for 2minutes 15 seconds. He's teaching my kids how to do it, too. Expands their lungs or something.

hi,once i used to stop breath upto,3 minutes...but after i habitated with smoking,now i can't able to stop breath even 1 minute,

5.23 is my record on 4 meters well it whas hard i almost drowned..
