Is that true for you, or do you blame someone else for you reaction to their actions?

You determine your reaction. You have the choice and the power to decide what you will think, feel, and react. If you can't control yourself, there is always the option to walk away until you can get control of your feelings IMHO anyway - lol

that is very true. you reaction to a situation determines the outcome to that situation. so why not be the one in control. thanks for the response

To the question of your life , you are the only Answer. To the problems of your life, you are the only solution. so never blame and expect from others

well that is the highest level ..to take the responsibility on ourselves..but it is easier to blame others..no we do have the right to react or not..but to reach that isn't easy we have to maintain alot of self control and believe in a higher destiny above poop level..keep our heads above the poop..you get my drift don't you lol?

Newtons law... for every action there is a reaction. Depending on who caused the frist action I my react with a very snap judgment. It is very hard to keep a cool head in a bad situation.
