what is ur favourite drink tea or coffee?

mine is tea.. it contains the some antioxidants and also some useful chemicals which helps our neurotransmitters when taken hot..but cold tea forms a layer of thein - a harmful alkaloid which is not good for our health..and above all tea also have other benefits..whereas coffee have caffein another harmful alkaloid which is not good foe our health.

i prefer coffee. .i don't like tea that much. i like coke even better than coffee though , which is even more unhealthy i'm sure, but to me it just tastes better
