Valentine's Day Anyone?

What would you do if you were alone on Valentine's Day? I just moved to a new citylast week, don't have any friends here and broke up with my long term significant other about 5 months ago. So needless to say, I will be spending Valentine's Day all by my lonesome. So what would you do? Stuff your face with chocolate? Watch romantic, sappy movies? Pull out all the old pictures of you with your ex and sob for a while? Any suggestions?

My man is out of town. I'm going to watch the Notebook and eat Pizza.

Valentine's Day is only as important as you, yourself make it. I am married and have a child and wonderful husband, but we do not celebrate, just not to play into the whole deal. Even when I was single (not that long ago). I never really made a big deal of it. If it is really important to you than find something that you really enjoy doing, if Valentines day is about love, than love your self and take a long hot bath, watch a favorite movie, pamper yourself at a spa earlier that day, have a great conversation on the phone with a friend or family member, anything, treat yourself if you must. Do not...I repeat do not pull out old pictures and sob (I would eat chocolate, but only because any day is a great day for chocolate.)

Why would you do any of that?? Why don't you ask a girl out for Valentine's Day. Just out on a date, nothing serious. Valentine's Day isn't even a real holiday, not in my book. To me Halloween's a real holiday, but Valentine's Day is really stupid. I have a date, but my Valentine's would not be any different if I didn't have a date. Just go home, watch T.V. if you have a T.V. and cable, think of all the money your saving by being by urself.
