when it comes to caring for, or doing things with your baby? I think the best thing I've been shown is a way of holding my daughter to help her burp, or get rid of wind. I hold her on my hip, facing away from me and sway from side to side. My brother in law taught me it, and it never takes more than 5 mins for her to bring up whatever is bothering her. What is the best advice you received? Or better yet, the worst?

The best advice I have received is to do my own researc before I make desicions on whether or not to vaccinate my baby! My husband and I both did some research and have now decided not to vaccinate. The worst advice is people trying to tell me how I should put my daughter to sleep. She likes to fall back asleep laying on my chest and I have been told that she will never sleep any other way.

My best advice is similar. The best way I found to burp my daughter was to lay her across my lap so her belly is resting on my legs and rocking her. Also massaging the sides of her back, up and down helps her.
