I don't think so, many womans are happy living alone!

I dont completely agree with you since Womens are considered to be better half of the men .... So i guess it equavivalent to both the genders if they live alone or if they live with someone

Being a man i feel its the other way around, i guess although men are capable of earning ,taking care of their own, even cook n wash(these things can even be done by servents),i fell they need a partner (a female) to satisfy them emotionally ,to love n be loved. I guess ladies will fell jus the opposite, so maybe man n women need each other ,to live happily.

i think this is only true in india, every other developed country both men and women are equal. As india is a traditional country they want women to be following the tradition of their religion. thats why we feel that women cannot live without man .

hmmm... yeah may b.... but i feel its both ways... u cn flirt around hve relationships but thn whn u r 40 u knw u are all alone hve no shoulder to lean on.. no one who loves u or u cn love smeone.... so its both man n women who need smeone to rely on smeone who they cn takecare smeone whn u r lonely u cn rely on shoulder n cry..... right...???

this is only my opinion and the observation i found among family and friends. generally i think its the women that could cope more without the man than the man without a woman.

I think either gender can lead a life without a person of the opposite gender. I have seen and known both men and women who have and prefer living a life without a special someone in their life and it does not bother them. I feel it is equal between both male and female.
