CCNA and RHCE, which one better?

My friend asking me advise that where she should go for next study after she finishing her MSCE field study. Should she go to CCNA or RHCE field study? Would you help me on this case coz i dont know much about these field study? Which one has promising field job more?

well see i am considering you as you want to go in networking and administrative filed ! so better is to start with CCNA and have one Microsoft certification and go with the things ! i will not suggest you to go with RHCE , because i cant find any jobs posted in different sites asking RHCE and all , and i found then also they are asking for 5 yrs etc work ex ! but you will get many jobs with micro sot certifications ! just follow these things go for CCNA + MCSA or MCSE then search a job then go for further certifications (whatever)
