Where is WEBCAM?

We know google have googletalk...why googletalk don't have webcam feature? so that we can say Google Live!!...in fairness,voice quality is better than others.. Its is possible also that googletalk will have link to googlemap?..what do you think..? so that we can imagine what is the exact location of the one we are chatting to talking with..?
