A 13 year old girl(my neighbour) died today due to brain fever. The doctors said that it was bird flu spread mostly through the waste materials of pigeons. The fever is mile on the first day and some rashes appear on the body and before you can react,it attacks the brain. With vast advancement in technology and medicine is there any means by which we can avoid all this?

I have heard a bit about this but honestly don't know very much about it . That is so sad for the family who lost their child . I can't imagine what they must be going through with the pain of knowing that their child caught some weird diesease and that they were not able to help her . I hope this is something they will learn more about so that we don't hear of more cases like this .
