Most of the sites offer money when u refer some one. 1.So once u are familiar kindly refer some people and keep growing your network 2.Arrange your time accordingly like how much time u spend on discussion and posting and how much time for referring. 3.you can pick good no of people as referral through Orkut, Hi5, Hikut etc., 4.Set a target for yourself. Once u reach it, start with the next one. 5.This way by referring u can earn a lot because 25% of the earnings of your referral is paid you. 6.So a point will come where u need not work your referral will keep earning for you.
