i usualy didnt gave them.. they can do another job rather than begging from us.. these beggar shows that the want money but dont wanna work hard.. to earn u must work.. beggar just walking around the city and beg for money... thats not a good way to earn money...

It depends on the beggars. I will give them 1-10 after analysing how much they deserve. Beggars will not have a choice( very sad )
