I have a 2 year old cross breed dog called charlie need some suggestions?

He is 2 years old and we have had him for a yearhe is believed to be a boxer/labrador cross and is very lively and bouncy he is loving and caring but has only a couple of faults, -Pulling on the lead -Staying at home without us He has a bit of an anxiety problem and does not like being on his own and away from the family. any suggestions?
