india will win this worldcup..india has all the capabilities of winning...india had recently won series agaiinst srilanka and westindies..moreover.we pray for india to come back with worldcup from west indies........

frankly speaking 'no'...but we should not forget india is a side who play exceptional cricket once everything is set...anyway i really want them to win always

Winning world cup cricket is a distant dream for India. They do not play as a team. Their fielding is lopsided, their bowling lacks penetration.Though they won a match against Sri Lanka today, their command in the game is lacking. the players collectively do not give their best to the team.

I think this is not possible with the present day Team members of India ,There is no faith that the magical moments of 1983 world cup shines this tym . The way Indian players play is too horrible to imagine there is no confidence in their faces ,

As an indian my full support is to our team but i don think India will manage to win this world cup !

Bhagwan na kare ki aisa ho,par INDIA ke world cup jitne ke chances kaafi kam hai.There are chances that INDIA will perform good in WORLD CUP.

I doubt it to. I think it will be either austrilia or pakistan. They've both got strong sides but on the day i think austrilia would win hands down as they have the best team. They might lose the odd game but they hold a bigger treat than any other crickey side. The chances of england putting in a decent game are very low too. i hope we can pull something off =) ~Joey

I will look at this in a different way. The question which I will ask is If Tendulkar, Dravid, Ganguly, Dhoni, Yuvarj and Sehwag get into good form dont you think India will Win the World Cup? At present Tendulkar, Dravid, Ganguly are the core of the Indian team and if the other three that is Dhoni, Yuvarj and Sehwag play well around them there is a very good chance that India will lift the Worl Cup. One more thing. I dont wnat to say this but Sachin, Ganguly and Dravid will have it at the back of their mind that this might be their last chance to win the cup. This may bring out some amazing performance from these 3 guys and the whole world is aware about their capability. I hope and pray that India wins the cup this time.
