First of all, Makamania, you should listen to the person who's speaking as though what they were saying was very important to you. And it's a good practice to look them in their eyes to keep contact with them. And last of all you have one mouth and two ears so that's intended to have you to listen twice as much as you speak.

Yes. We must be slow to speak, slow to anger, and QUICK to listen. Listen is an art. If you listen long enough the questions that you have will be answered without you even asking.
Conversations are based upon listen and responding. Someone has to listen while the other is speaking that's just how it works.
