Another firewall problems....

I'm having problems with the firewall in Microsoft's Windows OneCare product blocking my downloads from certain sites, and it's driving me crazy! How the heck do I disable the firewall so I can download what I want, then re-enable it when I'm done?

well i havent heard about MS one care product ! so cant tell you ! but i am looking forward to know what it is ! exact feedback will be appreciated !
