Did yoy give your lover/friend something for valentine? I didn't. I think that valentinesday is just something for the shops. Just to make their cash bigger. When you love some-one I think you can make every day special and not just one day off the year.

I just had this discussion with my husband and we both agreed that we don't need a special day or expensive gifts in order to declare our love for each other. He did however, buy me a box of chocolates so that was nice. We will share them later while watching a movie on tv.

I agree with you totally. We also declared our love years ago. The feeling about our love should be enough. Wish you all the love in the world wit your husband.
