What is best day to propose LOVE??

How many of you think Valentines' day is the best day for proposing one's love?? I definitely think it is not like that. It is just that Mr Valentine has introduced the concept of proposing love that the day is remembered in his name on his birthday. If i have to propose to someone then it wouldn't really matter to me which day i'm proposing my love.
