I didn't have that much money in paypal so any decrease in my account, i would immediately notice. Anyway, last 2 months, i got deducted about $10 from my account (not that much but it does matter to me!). I got so angry. Luckily, there's history record of the transaction made. I checked the site that charged me, wrote to them about the matter and ask my money back! I also worte to paypal at the same time. It didn't took too long (about 2 days) for the company to return back to me my money. they credited back the amount to my paypal. Luckily, i acted fast. Neither apologize though for the incident. This was the first incident that happened to me after a year using paypal.
