Does anyone have the new Windows Vista

Does anyone have the new Windows Vista Operating System (WVOS) or does anyone know how to download it or something? I looked up on the Microsoft website, it doesn't mention anywhere about downloading WVOS..... I guess, since its new, thats the reason...
