How much coffee do you consume in a single day?

I came to know that some one can die by consuming 100 cups of coffee during 4 hours continuosly.On the other hand caffeen is preventing cancer. So I want to know your opinion about consuming coffee. How much coffee do you consume in a single day?

sorry , i rarely consumes coffee, but i am addicted to tea, i drink 3-4 cups of tea daily, cant really do without it, what about you

You know, I've gotten to the point where I don't even pay attention to much of what they say anymore. I do try to eat fruits and vegetables and avoid fat. I think that's been fairly well proven. And caffine is definitely a stimulant, so you need to watch how much of that you take in. 100 cups in 4 hours? Who can do that? But I do enjoy my 2 or 3 cups of coffe and don't worry about it.

0 cups per day. I've never been a coffee drinker, and probably never will be. Though I know plenty of people who drink it constantly all day long. One of my high school teachers even had a pot in his classroom and he was making it and drinking it all day long. I use energy drinks when I need a bit of a pick me up though. I just don't like the taste of coffee.
