Did you ever bury your vegies in the plant pot?

When we were younger my brother and I used to hate eating our vegetables, as probably like most kids lol. Well when my mother would leave the room we would either bury our vegies in the pot plant dirt, throw it out to the dog (but that took a bit longer and made more noise lol), or throw them behind the fridge rofl. I wont go into the story about when my mum moved the kitchen around and moved the fridge lol. Im just wondering what stories you out there have about hiding food and getting rid of your vegetable when you were young, did you get caught? lol.

Mine wasn't veggies...I didn't have a problem with veggies.
But my mother would load my plate up with way too much food because I was a super skinny child and everyone would ask her if she fed me.
So, she tried to make me eat more than I was physically able.
There were times she made me eat so much, I would vomit because it was too much!
But yes, I tried to hide food in so many places.
Under cushions, behind books, in the trash can, back in the pans on the stove, in a closet....and the only successful place...was in the fireplace! LOL

I never had that problem as when I was a little girl I had a very weak stomach when it came to some foods, if I didn't really like something it never stayed down for long, needless to say I wouldn't be given that sort of food too often...:)
