Do Kids Still Shovel Snow to Make Money?

As a kid I went out every winter and shoveled snow to make a little money. There were some elderly people that I would clear their steps and sidewalk for free. Of course, they always insisted on giving me hot chocolate. Just curious do you see kids going out and doing this anymore?

We don't have enough snow here to do that and even if we did I can't imagine many kids doing it!

no, i never shovel snow, my dad is always the one that always does it. but even if we had to do it, we would not get paid for it. we never have gotten paid for our chorse, ever. which i find unfair because i see all my friends with allowences and wonder "wheres my money?" but thats just not how my parents are.
