Red warm face, red hands

Been a while since i've been here. I have a question as I have searched and not found much about my issue. Here past week or so my hands, palms and face have been red, when I press my finger down on my hand I can see it turn white till you let go. Now I've had this before where it came and went within a day if that, now it's ongoing. I have no fever, I do feel a little out of sorts, but could be cuz of starting new job and worrying about this. My face actually feels warm right now as well, small headache which I think may be sinuses. Weather lately has been cold and damp as well. Also I am a 29 white male. Any insight on this by any chance?
