hello demonix!. congratulations for being able to reach the point wherein you are at last get ready to kick your smoking habit.. i hope that you will really do it and that you can really kick your smoking habit for life!. just focus and really set your mind to the fact that you are quitting for your health when the hard part comes.. anyways i am a smoker and i dont know what happened but i just stopped. i never even thought about it until i came across your post.. maybe because im not feeling well recently thats why i kicked smoking out of my system. maybe temporarily but i dont know.. i havent smoked for like 4 days now and i havent been thinking about it either.. anyways good luck to you and i hope that you can get past the symptoms of withdrawa;!. best of luck to you!.

This is awesome and you know there is really absolutely nothing hard about it and will power is not really the key at all! Quitting smoking successfully and painlessly is 95% psycological and only 5 % physical which is why you are not really feeling your withdrawals. There is a site called quitsmokingonline.com and it is awesome you should really read it and you will know how easy this really is!! Keep it up though and an early congratulations also!!!

you've pointed me at that site before I don't think i've gotten around to reading it all yet, which reminds me, I think I should go read it lol you know you are totally right though, it is almost all phycological, 've found when I dont even think about it and occupy my mind with other things, I dont get the urge to smoke at all, the stop smoking "cures" just remind me that I want a smoke and I think thats why they don't help me, but i've found that going for walks, or traveling the city for no reason or something and leavng my smokes behind really helps, and finding things to do that will occupy my mind, and often my hands help me to not even think about smoking at all smoking is like a total mental game and you win when you quit, and the taste of victory is sweet (did you notice even for a day when you don't smoke things seem to taste and smell better? lol) I havent won yet but i'm almost there and I know im going to do it this time Thanks for the support, and take care

Smoking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. Try them and make a great change in your life.
