what is charity

Charity is looked upon as a neceesity in society. Those who 'have' are expected to part with a few to the 'have not'. But, in South India, charity has taken a weird shape! Children and physically challenged orphans are herded together and are made to beg in street corners, infront of temples etc.So, my question is should individual charities be discouraged?

so different country different way,This is a problem for a genuine donator. Best thing is if you want first you decide where your donation should go and if you could make some enquiry about the organizations form where they are getting their help and you can donate to those organisations. This is is the only way to find the real charitable organisations.
