Well... if you don't want to have a boss... be your own boss by putting up a business of your own...or better yet... do not work at all ;) You're wrong on your perception that nobody likes his boss. I like my boss because he is the kind of leader that I have visualized myself to be. So...seeing yourself as the boss... do you want to think that nobody would like you?
