What do you like to do before you go to the bed?

For me I have to get the homework done, after that lay on the bed and watching TV at the same time, then I'd get to sleep.

i generally play games before going for sleep and do some chatting stuff.

I read the bible and meditate on the word. After that i spent my time praying to God. Talking to him, thanking him for the day and committing to him the the day to come and then i am ready to sleep.

I really like to visit my grandmother first then have a small chat with her. I usually check my mails and also mylot website and other forums so that I could impart some discussions and replies her.

I like to make sure I have everything is in order for the next morning, then I may do a few exercies which is rare,then get in the bed and turn on the tube, then talk on the phone, then turn the televison off and talk some more until I drift off to sleep.
