It's ok as long as he is my ex. Afterall he is my ex now because you somehow didn't work out together so what is the point of being selfish?Who knows maybe my bestfriend and the ex are really the ones meant for each other.

O and I would like to add that, its ok also as long as my friend in not the reason why we broke up in the first place.

I know some say no & that they are your ex for a reason. I don't think that is always true. I don't see why you can not be on good terms with your ex. I have one thta I absolutly adore. I do consider him one of my best friends.

I never experienced this situation before. If my best friend were to date my ex, I would let him. I would not have a problem because the girl is my ex for a reason, no more connection between us.
I would however, give my friend a heads up about the girl.

it will hurt me a lot if my best friend dates my ex. but thinking deeper what is wrong in that dating after all its my ex relationship and i have moved on in my life.but i fear that my relationship as a friend will be in tact after such an affair

In my opinion is not ok that that my bestfriend to date my EX. It happened to me once, and i've never talked again with him. If he/she is trully your best friend, than he/she will not date with your ex
