hey guys..need ur help on dis..i go to the gym..well used 2 go regularly..now once in a while..anywayz...da thing is...my weight is now down to 86...and it has got to ggo lower around 10 kgs more..only den..can i say i will be fit and not oveerweight..and can some1 please tell me how u build a six pac on ur stomach cause i seriuosly have no clue....anywayz...wat do u 'll think..cause i belive dat health is really wealth..worth your while...

You should talk to a trainer at your gym, they have the best advice about this stuff but you do need to go to the gym about 3-4 times a week
