Hi friends, I just want to know how do u feel if u have too many unread mails in your mail box. I feel irritated at times and either read and delete the un-wanted mails, if it is useful information then I will move to my sub-folders. I have organized my yahoo mail box by creating sub-folders according to the preferance. This makes me to keep my inbox always clear from un-read mails. Please shower your opionion.

I use Outlook, sometimes the emails just pile up on the inbox. If I have too many, I just sort them by unread status, then read/reply/keep/delete.

At office i use Lotus Notes mailing solution, Outlook seems to better in terms of organizing mails and at the same time it is compatible with all the PDA or Smart phones and the standard of Outlook is followed everywhere in the world. Iam fond of using MS-Outlook very much but since it is not available in my office I go along with Lotus notes, but lotus notes is good for Scheduling. Thanks for the comments.

I've only used Outlook, never needed anything else. It is easy to organize your emails, but when it decides to crash or hang, it's very stubborn! The safe-mode function never worked for me! I'm not familiar with Lotus at all (until recently, I didn't even realize that Lotus was still in the software business! I'm guessing other software solutions are more popular over here...)

I've always been a neat-freak in real life but I'm a serious packrat when it comes to my E-mail. That's why I love using Gmail, because I can archive old discussions and keep them out of my inbox without having to sort or lose them. I'm just afraid I'll lose something important, although I do get rid of stuff every day. I just keep anything that's remotely important.
